First things first, you have to set up the actual tour with us. 

What is the TPSP, LLC investment and Space Options?

Remember that your venue's rental fee and catering will likely take up about half of your total event budget.

TPSP the micro venue side has a required deposit of $100 with a final 2-hour fee of $125. Starting January 1 of 2023 6% service sales tax will be added for space rental, bartender services, balloon art, and event support. TPSP, LLC has a 2-hour minimum with additional charge option for more time. Bayside with it being larger with more amenities the minimum 2-hour slot starts at $550 with a required 25% deposit. The 6% service sales tax will be added for space rental, bartender services, balloon art, and event support.

We do allow all day rentals for both spaces. Please see the cost page for details.

 We do offer non-profit rates and prefer calls and discussion to make determinations.

What is the date Availability?

If you have your heart set on a certain event date and aren't flexible about moving it, hopefully we have it open. If you don't have a particular date in mind, ask us about our open dates for your desired season and year.

What is TPSP, LLC's Style?

This will likely be the most obvious yes or no decision about our venue: If you're envisioning a rustic, industrial romantic atmosphere we are your space.

How many people does the space accommodate?

We here at TPSP, LLC offer 2 separate space options. TPSP is our micro side for no more than 80 people standing and seating for no more than 65 comfortably.

Bayside is our newest addition and can hold up to 150 with its main space and outdoor patio area.

What's within walking/driving distance from the event location?

Wildcat Way is the center where the event venues are housed and is surrounded by a lot of convenient businesses like: Walmart, GG’s Barber Shop, The Scrub Shoppe for gifts, and liquor store.

Is the venue near guest hotels, and can you recommend any?

There are several hotels and motels nearby and we are happy to assist in locating what is best for your guest.

Is public transportation an option?

The City Bus runs right outside of our Venue in front of Walmart https://transit.owensboro.org/. We also have Uber, Lyft and Executive Taxi here in Owensboro.

What kinds of aesthetic features do we have?

Sleek gray and white paint to create a backdrop to your event. Industrial vibes so you aren’t going to require too much in décor. A pretty blank slate!

What kinds of services do we offer?

·         We work with a number of caterers and offer a prep kitchen on Bayside.

·         Linens, yes and there is a small charge to use what we have.

·         Waitstaff/ Ghost host is what we refer to them as.

·         On-site venue coordinator to help with planning

·         Open to a variety of event ideas, wedding and receptions included.

·         Cocktail hour space is available with certified bartenders on staff

·         ADA-compliant facilities and entrances, for disabled or elderly guests.

·         Plenty of Parking for guests.

What's our outdoor space like?

Outdoor patio is unique in that it faces the water, heaters are available for a small charge and bay doors can be open but at the discretion of the event space owners.

How many hours does our rental cover?

Besides the actual event, on the TPSP, LLC side we provide 45 minutes set up and 45 minutes take-down outside of your event. On Bayside you'll want to know the exact time your pros can arrive to start setting up on your event day (they usually need at least two hours) and what time they need to be out by so they know when to start breaking down. We will coordinate that with you.  You don't want to be charged extra if the venue has to keep the lights on for 30 more minutes.
